Charter Portal Redesign

With the purchase of Time Warner Cable, Charter was set to expand and more importantly merge their footprint and current customer interactions. As a result, a full redesign of their customer portal was needed to ensure customers from both companies could view subscribed content, pay their bill and troubleshoot their services seamlessly within a unified user experience. This was a large project further complicated by integration of TV Everywhere into the standard portal alongside features such as Account Management, Billing, User Preferences and Support.
